Ghislain Perron
President
Ghislain Perron has worked in private security for over 35 years, specializing in surveillance, surveillance operations, and the management of physical security teams. President of Gestion Pergebec Inc. f.a.s.r.s. (“QUALI-T Services et Solutions RH”) since 2013, he also leverages his sales expertise to meet corporate needs and support the company’s growth. Founded in 1998 by his father, Alain Perron, Filature Quali-T has grown to become one of Quebec’s leading security service providers, driven by an entrepreneurial vision and a deep understanding of field operations.
His career has taken him from security and executive protection roles to surveillance, and later into human resources management and executive leadership. After joining the family business, he was appointed General Manager and subsequently President, guiding his team toward remarkable growth and profitability. In 2018, the company employed over 220 people. A graduate of UQAM, he holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and a certificate in marketing.
Marie-Claude Blanchette
General Manager
Marie-Claude Blanchette began her career in the field of investigations, notably as a private investigator covering Quebec and the Maritime provinces. Following this significant early experience, she devoted more than 15 years to business development, standing out for her leadership, strategic vision, and ability to drive sustained growth across both Canada and the United States.
Driven by a desire to return to her professional roots, she re-entered the investigation field with rigor and passion. She updated her expertise through comprehensive training, including advanced development in strategic interview techniques. In her role as General Manager, she leverages her full range of skills—business, communication, analysis, and operations—within Filature Quali-T, where she acts as a strategic ally. Her expertise, human sensitivity, and results-driven approach make her a key resource for organizations seeking concrete, confidential, and ethical solutions.
Hélène Perron
Administrative Director
Hélène Perron has been Administrative Director at Filature Quali-T for 26 years. Recognized for her discipline, dynamism, and strong sense of organization, she ensures seamless management of information flow, priorities, and client service, while maintaining exceptional interpersonal relations.
She has also completed intensive training in research techniques, interpretation of the Quebec Criminal Code, and interviewing techniques, as well as specialized screening training delivered by Dwight Gawne, a retired Sûreté du Québec officer (specialized investigations – economic crimes). She also holds a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Administration from Cégep André-Laurendeau.
Maryline DĂ©sormeaux
Operations Coordinator
In her role for over 8 years, Maryline DĂ©sormeaux plays a key part in managing and coordinating operations within the pre-employment department at Filature Quali-T. With solid experience, particularly in criminal background verification, she ensures reliable, compliant results that meet client expectations, while maintaining rigorous follow-up and clear communication throughout the process.
Recognized for her consistency and organizational skills, she effectively supervises a team of pre-employment screening agents, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising the quality and accuracy of reports. She also contributes to maintaining high standards through training, monitoring, and continuous improvement of work methods. Holding a diploma in office administration, she actively participates in optimizing internal processes and achieving performance objectives.
